The Asset Management Marketing team is responsible for end-to-end marketing strategies and programs for the entirety of the business.Role SummaryThis Vice President will play a key role within the Asset Management (AM) Marketing team, creating and executing a global event strategy to maximize the commercial value from flagship events and conference sponsorships.Position ResponsibilitiesEvent marketing vision and implementation:

Plan, develop and implement an integrated event marketing strategy for AM globally.Event processes and protocols:

Design, embed and continually enhance a full suite of templates, processes and protocols for events.Vendor management and negotiation:

Manage relationships with key event vendors.Market and industry trends:

Research market and industry trends across event marketing.Measurement and reporting:

Evaluation and reporting of event and sponsorship performance.Risk management:

Maintain strict adherence to regulatory and procedural guidelines.Team connectivity:

Play an active role in the AM Marketing team.Partnership and collaboration:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with other AM Marketing colleagues and stakeholders.QualificationsBachelor's degree in business or related field; Master's degree preferred.Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) or related industry designation preferred.5+ years in a similar role within a leading asset manager.Demonstrable track record of working effectively across complex organizations.Exceptional attention to detail.Ability to work under timeframe pressure while maintaining high standards.Salary RangeThe expected base salary for this position is $125,000 - $250,000, with potential discretionary bonuses.BenefitsGoldman Sachs provides valuable and competitive benefits and wellness offerings as part of a strong employee experience.
