Do you have the following skills, experience and drive to succeed in this role Find out below.We are looking for a talented DEIC Measurement & Communications Business Partner to join our team specializing in Human Resources for our Corporate Organization in a remote capacity.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

Data Collection, Analysis and Synthesis:

Focuses on collecting, synthesizing, and interpreting HR data to provide insights and support strategic decision-making.

Strategic Partnership:

Partner with HR leaders and business stakeholders to provide data-driven insights that support DEIC strategic objectives.

Data Visualization:

Create compelling visualizations using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or PowerPoint to present data insights and strategic frameworks clearly and effectively.

Consulting:

Act as a DEIC consultant to HR and business leaders, advising on data-driven strategies and interventions. Coordinate and/or conduct training of HR employees on reporting and analysis methodologies, tools, and processes.

Thought Partner/Facilitator:

Collaborate with the DEIC staff to increase data literacy and facilitate workshops to ideate and increase thought partnership in the development of DEIC strategies.

Systems and Processes Design:

Manage the design, development, and implementation of systems and processes to facilitate the collection, consolidation, analysis, and reporting of Human Resources (HR) data globally.

Reporting and Analytics:

Develop and deliver management reports, analytics, and executive summaries ensuring alignment with corporate timelines and standards. Utilizes knowledge of Human Resources business processes/systems/information, the human resources database structure and reporting and analytical tools

Policy and Process Development:

Lead policy and process development related to HR analytics; ensure accuracy and completeness of reporting process documentation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

Strong analytical and data interpretation skills and the ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.

Proficiency in data analysis or visualization tools and software (e.g., SQL, Power BI, PPT).

Knowledge/understanding of statistical methods and predictive analytics.

Excellent communication and data visualization skills.

Strong understanding of HR metrics and their impact on business outcomes.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education/Experience

· College, university, or equivalent degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field or equivalent experience required.

· Significant relevant work experience required.

· Focus is on driving the integration of data insights into strategic decisions through analytics, data visualization, and storytelling to influence and guide stakeholders in support of advancing DEIC priorities and initiatives.

Compensation

Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate on the applicable range. The final salary offer will be determined after considering relevant factors, including a candidate’s qualifications and experience, where appropriate.
