The Ads Infra team of US Tech Services works on building and running large-scale, globally distributed, fault-tolerant ads systems. SREs keep the systems up and running with the highest level of availability, ensuring our users have the best experience possible.
Responsibilities:Apply state-of-the-art machine learning techniques to optimize advertisers' marketing strategies.Connect with businesses directly to understand and develop solutions for their jobs-to-be-done.Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and other disciplines to explore the next generation of shopping experiences on TikTok.Capitalize on the organic shopping behaviors on TikTok today and facilitate retentive behaviors to provide more people value and business value.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification:BS/MS degree in Computer Science or similar fields, with 3+ years of related industry experience.Solid programming skills, proficient in Python/Golang/Java/C/C++.Familiarity with at least one mainstream deep learning programming framework (TensorFlow/Caffe/MXNet) and its architecture and implementation mechanism.Familiarity with deep learning algorithms (CNN/RNN/LSTM, etc.).Team-player with strong communication skills who can also work independently.

Job Information:Compensation Description (annually)The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $156750 - $342000 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.Our company benefits are designed to convey company culture and values, to create an efficient and inspiring work environment, and to support our employees to give their best in both work and life. We offer the following benefits to eligible employees:We cover 100% premium coverage for employee medical insurance, approximately 75% premium coverage for dependents and offer a Health Savings Account(HSA) with a company match.
