Management of all production elements (contracted producer, staffing and training contractors, preparing graphics, equipment) of Army West Point Athletics live event broadcasts on ESPN+, KnightVision, and more. Serves as department liaison with the Patriot League and ESPN+ on live broadcasts, along with being the department lead on production of coach’s shows and press conferences which are live streamed. Responsible for coordination of all highlight content (to include game broadcasts and broadcast melts) through Box.

Check out the role overview below If you are confident you have got the right skills and experience, apply today.What You'll Do50% Management of ESPN+ Live Event Production ElementsCultivates and schedules contractors to perform duties including graphics, replay, camera operation and play-by-play.Prepares graphics (lower thirds, starting lineups, etc) for broadcasts.Moves/sets up equipment from venue-to-venue in preparation for live event broadcast.Communicates with ESPN+ and Patriot League on production quality, setup scheduling and feedback.Works in conjunction with the Athletics Communication staff regarding all broadcast needs.Works with the business office to ensure contractors are paid for work performed.30% Management of the KnightVision Broadcast SlateCultivates and schedules contractors to perform duties including graphics, replay, camera operation and play-by-play.Manages YouTube page by uploading and titling all videos.Produces/Sets up everything needed to execute the weekly Football Coaches Show, all press conferences for requested sports and specialty broadcast for other external units for Army West Point Athletic Events10% Video ProductionShoots, edits and produces social media, hype and feature videos on Army West Point teams.Creates and indexes/uploads melts from each live event and creative b-roll on Dropbox.Manages YouTube page by uploading and titling all videos.Fulfills highlight requests from external entities.15 seconds for a social recap, and 3-4 minutes for a game recap.Features include interviewing cadets and coaches to create videos that are 90 seconds to 5 minutes.10% Other DutiesOther duties as assigned.What We Can Offer$48,000 - $52,000This job posting contains a pay range, which represents the range of salaries that AWPAA believes, in good faith, at the time of this posting that it might be willing to pay for the posted position.
