One of The Sage Group’s clients is looking for a Tech Writer experienced in SaaS architecture with FedRAMP. Client is an all-in-one construction management software built to help you finish quality projects safely, on time, and within budget.

We are looking for a Document Specialist to join our Runtime Platform Group. In this role, you will build our FedRAMP-authorized environment for U.S. Federal Government projects.

As a Document Specialist, you’ll be on a team building a secure, compliant SaaS platform for Federal government-led construction projects. This will involve building cloud infrastructure and deploying cloud-native applications and services in a dedicated environment that meets all controls for, and is authorized for use at, the FedRAMP Moderate level. The impact of this team is wide as it touches all aspects of our growth, and our work is a strategic priority for the company in 2024 and 2025. Come be a part of a great team and company!

This position reports to the Runtime Platform Software Architect and will be based remotely within the Continental United States. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.

Responsibilities:Collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to produce the extensive documentation required to achieve FedRAMP authorization.Work closely with the Engineering team as technical writer to produce required architecture, implementation, and process documentation using automated tools as much as feasible.Continually ensure our processes and results comply with the FedRAMP Moderate level of controls.Format, catalog and index required documentation in secure cloud storage systems as defined by our Compliance team and vendor.Requirements:

This position requires the ability to access federal environments and/or have access to protected federal data. As a condition of employment for this position, the successful candidate must be able to submit documentation establishing U.S. Person status (e.g. a U.S. Citizen, National, Lawful Permanent Resident, Refugee, or Asylee. 22 CFR 120.15) located in continental US.Highly proficient at writing technical documents and illustrations in close collaboration with engineers and security/compliance specialists.Comfortable using automated tools to gather raw data and information to be included in documentation.Experience working in a highly secure and/or regulated environment. Familiarity with the FedRAMP framework is a big plus.Experience working in an Agile environment.Location:
