Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to join our team. The Marketing Associate will support the marketing department in the development and execution of marketing strategies. This role requires a creative thinker with strong organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Support:
Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns, including email, social media, digital ads, and other marketing initiatives.
Social Media Management:
Assist in managing the company’s social media accounts, including content scheduling, community engagement, and performance tracking.
Event Support:
Help coordinate and promote marketing events, trade shows, webinars, and other promotional activities.
Collaborative Projects:
Work with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.
Administrative Tasks:
Handle various administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, maintaining marketing materials, and managing budgets.
Qualifications:
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and marketing software/tools such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, or equivalent.
Familiarity with social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram) and digital marketing concepts.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
