The services we provide include the Expanded Learning Opportunities Program, Before & After School Programs, Summer & Intersession Programs, and so much more.THE ROLEAs an Enrollment Communication Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to engage with parents and guardians effectively, ensuring their inquiries, concerns, and feedback are addressed promptly and professionally in the matters of enrolling students into our programs. You will serve as the primary point of contact between the Enrollment department and parents/guardians, fostering positive relationships and enhancing overall customer satisfaction throughout the enrollment process.Responsibilities:Parent/Guardian Communication: Serve as the frontline representative for all communication with parents and guardians regarding the enrollment process for our programs.Information Dissemination: Effectively communicate important information to parents and guardians at each stage of the enrollment process.Relationship Building: Build and maintain positive relationships with parents and guardians by actively listening to their needs and concerns.Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all enrollment-related interactions with parents and guardians.Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Field Operations and program management teams to ensure alignment in messaging and coordination of enrollment activities.Platform Management Expertise: Proficiency in platform skills is crucial for managing data across multiple platforms effectively.Training and Support: Build and conduct trainings for other team members involved in the enrollment process.Enrollment Process Support: Support the regular and overall enrollment processes as well as day-to-day operations.POSITION QUALIFICATIONSRequirements:Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing enrollment-related challenges.Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software.Previous experience in customer service, enrollment management, or a related field is preferred.A bachelor's degree in communication, education, business administration, or a related field is desirable but not required.Skills, Knowledge, & Traits:Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with parents and guardians.Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.This position's target annual base pay range is $60,000 - $70,000.
