Position SummaryWe're seeking a full-time Graphic Designer II for our Los Angeles-based corporate office. Born and raised in LA, West Fade is all about mixing iconic denim fades with the latest trends. With meticulous attention to detail in every fabric and wash, we reimagined each piece to capture the effortless style of the West Coast.We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer (official title is Graphic Designer II) for our Los Angeles-based corporate office to oversee digital graphic design for the WESTFADE line. Within this role, you will create engaging visual content across various platforms.

Job ResponsibilitiesConceptualize and create design assets for various projects, including but not limited to digital graphics, print materials, paid ads, organic social media visuals, website landing pages, email, SMS, and presentations.Work closely with the Senior Product Director and cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and create assets that align with our brand identity and messaging.Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all design projects.Prepare and finalize design files for production, ensuring accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines.Stay updated on design trends, techniques, and industry best practices to continuously improve skills and knowledge.Actively participate in design reviews, incorporating feedback from team members and stakeholders to refine designs.Organize and maintain design files and assets in an orderly manner, ensuring accessibility and version control.Be adaptable and able to work on multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines.

Job RequirementsBachelor's degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field preferred.Demonstrated portfolio showcasing creative and diverse design work across various mediums (3D rendering for packaging, poster, etc.).Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Google Workspace, and other relevant design software.Basic understanding of animation.Experience working with Project Management software (Asana, Wrike, Jira, etc.).Demonstrated ability to think creatively and develop innovative design concepts.Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and composition.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and articulate design concepts.A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues from different departments.Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and meet tight deadlines.

Nice to havesExperience with motion graphics or video editing software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro).Familiarity with UX/UI design principles.

Pay$29.66/hour min. - $43.46/hour max.
