$26.50 - $42.50 / Per Hour DOECATEGORIES OF DUTIES
Attend Marketing Committee and other committees and meetings as assigned.Work with A&R Department on a routine basis around:
CallsWork with A&R staff at AV, LB, and Northridge.Monitor where business is coming from.
Ensure Tarzana Treatment Centers, Inc. (TTC) image continuity is maintained throughout the company in ads, signs, etc.Participate in developing tools for marketing and ensure everything conforms to the company image.Participate in advertising creation and contracting for space:
Yellow pagesFlyersPublicationsExternal mailing piecesOther ads for various organizationsPrinted marketing material – supervise all aspectsSupervise photography to be used in company marketing materials.
Carry out external account marketing activity – maintain relationships with those making referrals and account satisfaction, and work to develop new opportunities:
InternetMedical groupsHospitalsCommunity agenciesInsurance carriers and managed care companiesEAP’s and InterventionistsFaith-based organizations
Participate in aspects of public relations:
Work with all types of media.Set up and arrange all TV and print interviews.
Participate in managed care meetings:
Participate in presentations.
Update mailing lists:
Updating account contracts (a joint responsibility).
