Please make an application promptly if you are a good match for this role due to high levels of interest.About the Role We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented part-time Marketing Assistant with graphic design experience to join our marketing team at Safetrust. Initially, this role will require about 10-15 hours a week, with potential for full-time in the future. This role is essential in supporting our marketing initiatives and ensuring smooth execution of various marketing tasks. The Marketing Assistant will be responsible for general marketing administration, graphic design, compiling newsletters, coordinating with developers, and handling social media scheduling, among other duties. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the success of our marketing efforts.Duties & Responsibilities :Marketing Administration:

Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, including organizing digital files, assistance in the creation and maintenance of marketing materials and collateral, and more.

Newsletters:

Manage the creation and distribution of ongoing internal and external newsletters, ensuring content is engaging and informative.Collaborate with various departments to gather content and updates for newsletters.

Email Marketing:

Utilize HubSpot to create and send email invitations and follow-ups for events, webinars, and other marketing activities.Monitor email campaign performance and provide reports on metrics such as open rates and click-through rates.

Website Management:

Liaise with web developers to implement changes or create new pages or sections on the company website.Ensure website content is up-to-date and aligned with marketing strategies.

Social Media:

Schedule and manage social media posts across various platforms, maintaining a consistent and engaging presence.Monitor social media channels for engagement and respond to comments and messages as needed.

Graphics & Visual Content:

Create visual content for marketing campaigns in-house, ensuring brand consistency.Outsource graphic design tasks when absolutely necessary.Review and refine graphics to ensure they meet marketing requirements and objectives.

Campaign Set-Up:

Assist in the setup and execution of marketing campaigns in HubSpot, including configuring workflows, setting up landing pages, and tracking performance.Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and implement campaign ideas.

Packaging Creation:

Support the Product Marketing team in overseeing the creation and ordering of labels and packaging.Ensure all packaging meets brand standards and product requirements.

Skills & Experience

1-2 years of experience in a marketing support role or similar.Proficiency in using marketing tools such as HubSpot for email marketing and campaign management.Familiarity with social media platforms and scheduling tools.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ideal candidates will also have:Basic understanding of web development processes and the ability to liaise effectively with developers.Experience with graphic design tools or working with graphic designers.Knowledge of the identity and/or physical security industry.Apply Now Please submit your resume and a cover letter outlining your relevant experience to careers@safetrust.
