Program Manager, II

who will assist in the delivery of Nordstrom Credit marketing strategies to drive core customer growth, trips, and engagement. The Program Manager will be responsible for actively managing program performance and execution, ensuring accurate end-to-end implementation across all areas and support campaign optimizations and process efficiencies.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage the delivery of strategic credit card marketing campaigns and initiatives and ensure program deliverables meet strategic objectives.Support the development of marketing program processes in partnership with internal and external partners to deliver a sound systemic foundation to drive increased core customer growth and card engagement.Identify and solve areas in which efficiencies can be gained including the development of features and functionalities.Collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners inside & outside the organization such as bank partners (TD), finance, analytics, loyalty operations and strategy, service and experience, brand marketing, legal, risk, compliance, and product management to meet business requirements and ensure delivery of key milestones and timelines.Partner with the broader Loyalty Program team to ensure cardmember centric approach across all Nordstrom channels.Assist in driving credit marketing campaign calendar optimizations by analyzing performance, deriving insights, and offering recommendations.Ensure ongoing business updates that support Credit KPIs (inside/outside spend, cardmember engagement etc.), campaign performance analysis and special projects, as needed.Participate in quarterly and annual planning.RequirementsExperience in marketing, project management, or program management is required ideally within the credit card and or payments fields (minimum of 8+ years).Demonstrated ability to engage with business leaders, vendors and peers through effective written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills.Experience in leading through influence in complex fast-paced environments with progressively larger responsibility.Can anticipate and adapt to new situations and/or changing demands and respond proactively to enhance the customer experience and business.Ability to manage ambiguity by creating structure, process, and prioritization.Nordstrom is able to offer remote employment for this position in:

Pay ranges may be different in other locations.Colorado: $80,000- $132,000 annually, Washington: $80,000- $155,000 annually. This position may be eligible for performance-based incentives/bonuses.
