Hit Apply below to send your application for consideration Ensure that your CV is up to date, and that you have read the job specs first.Key Responsibilities:Identify local influence centers, including hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, doctors' offices, and other health providers.Develop and manage new lead sources according to the established blueprint and sales strategy.Discuss our services with potential clients and coordinate with the office staff to ensure timely client starts.Visit and arrange meetings with individuals and organizations in a position to refer clients to our service lines.Arrange presentations of Senior Helpers and Town Square service lines at staff meetings in healthcare facilities and private companies.Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to represent and promote our services.Network with professionals in the industry to develop additional lead sources.Assist in coordinating various marketing methods, including direct mail, print ads, and networking.Work closely with senior living communities, hospitals, and other healthcare facilities to enhance patient satisfaction metrics.Manage referral source needs daily and collaborate with clients to add additional services to support their success.Conduct qualitative and quantitative strategic business and market evaluations to identify growth opportunities.Develop and execute marketing plans, utilizing KPIs and data analysis for weekly and monthly reporting.Organize, execute, and present education for professionals through in-services and continuing education seminars.Collaborate with internal teams to schedule recreational events and activities, enhancing community engagement.Qualifications:Minimum of one year of experience in the home health industry, with a proven track record.Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment.Demonstrated ability to work strategically with an entrepreneurial spirit.Strong phone and follow-up skills with prospects and key influence center personnel.Proactive problem prevention and issue resolution leadership ability.Experience in developing and managing a sales strategy.
