The Opportunity At Apixio

We’re seeking a talented Product Marketing Manager to spearhead product marketing initiatives. This role involves understanding health plans and providers' challenges and creating a positioning and message about how Apixio’s AI-powered solutions make an impact. You’ll play a pivotal role in the go-to-market strategy, drive sales enablement, and ultimately contribute to our business's overall success and growth.

You will work closely with Marketing, Product Management, Sales, Operations, Strategy, Analytics, and Engineering. You will guide the awareness and adoption of solutions by health plans and providers and work closely with the Senior Director of Marketing on executing a marketing plan to drive customer acquisition and retention. In addition, you will be the go-to expert for market and competitive insights for your solution areas.

What You’ll Do

GTM Strategy - Plan the GTM strategy and execution including positioning, messaging, target markets, buyer personas, ideal customer profiles, sales enablement, packaging, and pricing.Product Launches - Manage product launches and new releases, including campaigns and activities to support customer acquisition and retention by collaborating across multiple teams in the organization.Storyteller - Partner with the Marketing team to increase market awareness and lead generation with marketing content and assets (blog, whitepaper, case study, demos, webinar, video, etc.).Market & Product Insights - Monitor market data to centralize and share key insights to support impactful messaging and product strategy.Sales Enablement and Sales Training - Enable the Sales team by collaborating on how to drive awareness and adoption of Apixio’s solutions.

About You

A strategic thinker who is passionate about understanding customer needs and translating them into compelling marketing strategies.Thrive in fast-paced environments and adept at juggling multiple priorities.Excellent communication skills, enabling you to craft persuasive messaging and work effectively with diverse teams.A keen eye for detail and a solid analytical mindset allowing you to make data-driven decisions that drive product success.Collaborative nature and leadership abilities make you a valuable team player who can inspire and guide others to achieve common goals.Strong presentation skills, capable of delivering engaging and persuasive presentations to stakeholders at all levels.

Requirements / Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 3+ years of product marketing experience.Enterprise B2B technology experience is strongly preferred. Healthcare experience is a plus.Excellent communication and writing skills.Fast learner with the ability to dynamically shift between strategy and execution.Strong prioritization, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Pragmatic Institute Certified or Product Marketing Certified Core a plus.

Compensation

The salary range below is for Base Salary. Total compensation also includes benefits and variable compensation. Compensation will be determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, skill set, years of experience, and the employee’s geographic location.

Base Compensation: $120,000—$155,000 USD
