You’ll be a valuable addition to our team, shaping and executing creative ideas, creating client-ready work, and designing assets & presentations that bring our ideas to life visually.The successful candidate will be driven by quality experiences and inspired by design, with a passion for quality execution no matter the medium. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and communicating concepts, developing campaign art direction, and ideation for original assets.You will create a range of work spanning ideation through delivery while working closely with our Senior Designers, Creative Director, and strategy counterparts to fulfill and exceed client needs. This requires an ability to set the tone and guidelines for how work should look and feel as well as the world it lives in.Our company culture is at the core of everything we do. It defines our vibe. Our colleagues, clients, and partners are the most important part of our business.This position is full time and only available in Los Angeles.Responsibilities:Use visual thinking and hands-on design skills to solve business challengesFlex and showcase a variety of creative skillsProvide a unique perspective, inspiring concepts, and visual support for projectsContribute to creative strategy sessions, providing ideas and insights to build fromCollaborate effectively with team members across the agencyDeliver client-ready assets for social, out of home, brand marketing, advertising, web, pitches/presentations, events, and print design.Thrive in a diverse environment and contribute to the overall culture of Day OneRequirements:Multi-disciplinary design portfolio2+ years of experience in designExperience designing across platforms from digital to print to experientialEnergetic and collaborative with a great work ethicExperience multi-tasking and prioritizing workload with quick turnaroundsExperience taking projects from concept through designExcellent problem-solving skillsExperience presenting concepts to and working closely with clients, applying creative solutions to business challengesExperience iterating on and evolving concepts with constructive feedbackFluency in Adobe Creative Suite, Keynote, and Google Slides.Bachelor's DegreeCompensation + Benefits:We value all of our employees and are happy to provide comprehensive benefits to help support them holistically in the best way we can. The base compensation range for this role is $65K-$90K and this position is eligible for benefits that include medical insurance (health, dental, and vision), retirement plan, paid time off, paid parental leave, new business and employee referral bonuses, etc. Please note that the compensation information provided is a good faith estimate for New York City based hires only and is provided pursuant to the New York City Pay Transparency Law. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as candidates' relevant work experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
