As a Videographer/Editor at Junt30 Media, you will be instrumental in producing and editing both short-form and long-form video content designed for social media platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn. You will collaborate closely with our creative team and clients to create visually stunning and engaging videos that resonate with audiences and drive brand awareness. It's important to note that our content often features marijuana, so comfort with this subject matter is essential.

Key Responsibilities:Video Production:

Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content tailored for various social media platforms, understanding the unique requirements and best practices for each.Storyboarding:

Work with the creative team to develop storyboards and scripts that effectively convey the desired message and captivate the target audience.Editing:

Transform raw footage into polished final products, including color correction, audio mixing, special effects, and motion graphics, ensuring all videos adhere to brand guidelines and quality standards.Content Optimization:

Adapt and optimize video content for different social media platforms to ensure maximum reach and engagement.Project Management:

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining consistent quality.Collaboration:

Partner with other team members, including graphic designers, content creators, and marketing strategists, to ensure cohesive and integrated content strategies.Client Interaction:

Occasionally interact with clients to understand their vision and requirements, provide progress updates, and incorporate feedback into the final product.

Qualifications:Experience:

Minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience as a videographer and editor, ideally within a digital marketing agency, production company, or working for a content creator.Technical Skills:

Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and After Effects. Experience with color grading, sound design, and motion graphics is essential.Creativity:

Strong creative vision and storytelling abilities. Ability to translate ideas and concepts into visually compelling content.Attention to Detail:

Meticulous attention to detail with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and quality.Social Media Savvy:

In-depth understanding of social media platforms and their video content requirements and trends.Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate creative ideas and collaborate effectively with team members and clients.Time Management:

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Adaptability:

Willingness to stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and client needs.

Preferred Qualifications:Experience with animation and motion graphics.Knowledge of SEO best practices for video content.Familiarity with photography and graphic design.
