The Creative Content Production Manager will be responsible for shaping and implementing the new NAPA Brand Purpose, Brand Expression and Visual Identification system, and elevating our creative process and output across all channels. This position will participate in every part of production from concept to final delivery. This position will play a role in storyboarding, producing, and capturing footage, post-production (editing, color correcting, motion graphics, and sound mixing footage). The Creative Content Production Manager will work directly with the brand channel teams for social strategy and influencer in creating videos across the NAPA network and with individuals across the organization to ensure our new brand ID and assets are implemented and used correctly looking for ways to drive consistency and deliver on our brand purpose.

Responsibilities

Leader of end-to-end production for social media -- from contributing to storyboards, collaborating on shot lists, assisting production partners with specs, to editing and finishing.Work directly with in-house creative/designers, and creative services on the development of shoot campaigns.Responsible for setting the visual video identity for organic and paid social media, in collaboration with creative team.Assign and guide work as required to external freelancers and contractors through mentorship, hands-on assistance, and onboarding.Produce unique product video concepts that are B-to-B social-forward, knowing how to tell a compelling story in under :30secs.Assist content creators with additional editing needs for social media and other paid channels.Build content creator partner briefs with inputs on video best practices, strong creative concepts/storytelling, and spec needs.Responsible for editing videos and producing rough cuts for review/approval, including input on music, graphics, effects, transitions, etc.Shoot, capture audience-ready, social-first content.Develop social content ideas while on-set and bring them to life through hands-on execution.Consult with stakeholders from production to post-production process.Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry's best practices to maximize efficiency.High comfort level behind a camera, and able to assist in on-set/on-location production situations.

Education, Experience And Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Production, Design, or similar media driven majors.5-7 years of experience.Robust portfolio of proven work experience as a video editor and graphic designer.Strategic thinker and problem solver.Expert-level knowledge of social media channels and their respective best-practices.Must work well under pressure.Must be extremely detailed and organized.Solid experience with digital technology and editing software packages (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere, After Effects and Final Cut).Demonstrable video editing ability with a strong portfolio.Familiarity with special effects, 3D, and compositing.

Working Conditions

Hybrid work environment.Minimal travel at 15-20%.
