Behind WBD’s vast portfolio of iconic content and beloved brands, are the storytellers bringing our characters to life, the creators bringing them to your living rooms and the dreamers creating what’s next…Position SummaryWe are actively seeking an experienced Lead UX Researcher to join the Direct-to-Consumer Product UX Research Team to fuel design and development of the Max video streaming experience with rich customer insights.In this role, you will lead a variety of research workstreams informing critical business decisions for the Max product roadmap and feature development.ResponsibilitiesProvide UX research insights to equip product and design teams with strategic and tactical data used for product decisions.Stay abreast of stakeholder OKRs and priorities to proactively identify top research needs.Propose research plans with guidance from the Program Director.Communicate project status with stakeholders.Conduct global research studies end-to-end.Present insights and hold workshops with stakeholder teams.Hands-on project management of user research studies.Maximize insights by mining and synthesizing data.Ensure the highest quality data in balance with the need for speed in decision-making.Advocate for the needs of the customer.RequirementsAt least 8+ years of progressively complex practical work experience in a UX Researcher role.2+ years leading high profile research projects.Graduate degree in relevant field.Strong business acumen and client-management skills.Proven track record of designing and executing research studies.Strong command of mixed-methods research and experiments.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Agile growth mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Preferred QualificationsTechnical background with relevant work experience in ecommerce, video streaming, or interactive entertainment.Project portfolio required for interview.
