SAP Inhouse Consultant - Authorization & Archiving (m/f/d) Remote

This includes the implementation of new processes and functions, optimization of existing processes, troubleshooting and monitoring of the system landscape. We want to provide a high-performance and secure fulfillment platform so that our customers have the best possible shopping experience and all of home24's business units can work efficiently. We use the following modules and technologies: FI/CO, SD/MM (Retail), EWM, Serrala, Opentext VIM, Fiori, CUA.
Your responsibilities
Develop, optimize, document and implement home24’s SAP authorization and role concepts incl. SoD and security checks for the S/4 HANA, ECC, PI/PO (Java) systems
Collaborate with the business units by managing relevant projects incl. test management and lead projects in the authorization area
Independently administer user roles and continuously improve 2nd level support to SAP end-users
Develop and maintain archiving procedures to ensure data integrity and system availability, including the implementation of ILM
To a small extent, monitor the health, performance, and availability of SAP systems incl. regular on call duty as a shared team responsibility
Your profile
You bring relevant experience in SAP Basis administration, role concepts and authorization in S/4 HANA, preferably in the retail or e-commerce area
Programming and database skills (ABAP, SQL) are advantageous
You possess strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
You consistently demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a structured and methodical manner
You are fluent in English; German skills are strongly preferred
You have completed a relevant academic degree or a professional/vocational training program

Your path
For the hybrid working model based in Berlin: you have the flexibility to work from home on Wednesdays and Fridays in our standard working mode. We are in the office together Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays. Otherwise, a fully remote working model within Germany with regular travel to our Berlin headquarters is possible
The possibility to work up to two months per year within Germany or from an EU country
