Lead multiple client engagements day-to-day, collaborating with CET leadership.Manage client delivery: align project timelines, manage key client communication, and ensure high-quality deliverables.Be an accountable leader in client communication, managing ad-hoc questions.Lead and manage a team to drive analysis and insights for improved business performance.Manage resource allocations to ensure high client satisfaction and account profitability.Build strong client relationships, understanding business objectives, and delivering actionable insights.Guide client adoption of insights, addressing cultural and organizational barriers.Identify opportunities to incrementally build the analytics program with clients.Train and coach team members, guiding career growth and performance discussions.Collaborate with project teams and Technology Engineering Team to evolve statistical methodologies.Be a go-to expert on client projects, addressing ad-hoc questions and requests.Work with big data, processing data and building statistical/econometric models.Employ analytic methodologies to help clients with marketing planning issues.Identify and implement innovative ways to drive efficiency in data and modeling processes.Contribute to internal initiatives to drive a culture of agility and efficiency.Collaborate with office leadership to balance project resources.Support leadership in managing towards revenue targets.Be a leader in the office, driving positive culture and being a role model.

What we look for in you:

Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Analytics, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or Marketing.7+ years of experience in advanced and predictive analytics, marketing analytics, and analytic techniques.Professional experience with big data; building and optimizing data pipelines and architectures.Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and SQL; knowledge of VBA, R, Python is a plus.Strong account management and customer success skills.Cross Industry experience preferred.Highly analytical with strong problem-solving skills.Project and people management experience preferred.Experience in developing and presenting insights from analytics.Ability to travel domestically and/or internationally.
