About the TeamThe Global Business Marketing team is looking for a Marketing Associate to support B2B marketing efforts for the US market, with a primary remit focusing on delivery of tailored solutions which may include vertical-specific events, digital/social campaigns, and other external industry-facing touchpoints.

This role will partner closely with sales, global marketing, integrated marcoms, studio and other cross-functional stakeholders in driving adoption of TikTok's advertising solutions through developing and executing marketing programs in the US region.

This role will directly report to the Enterprise North America Marketing Manager (NAMM), but supports both Key Account (Enterprise) and Growth brand and agency client audiences. The ideal candidate is a versatile marketer with a strategic mindset, and experience developing and managing marketing programs. They are excellent at stakeholder communication and have an entrepreneurial mindset.

Responsibilities- Own key marketing activation workstreams, with a specific focus on Vertical solutions:- Strategy- Support NAMMs in annual and midyear marketing planning and budgeting, as relevant to tailored/vertical solutions impact on business- Lead briefing against the strategy, including building out activation plans (with key stakeholders)- Stakeholder management and relationship building- Create productive working relationships with sales and specifically Industry Strategy (IS) to understand the client/sales priorities and ensure quality of delivery of vertical sales enablement, from GBM-GMS to GBS- Collaborate with GBM to gain alignment on messaging (with marketing solutions), product opportunities (PSO via GMS), events and design needs (studio), external content campaign (via IMC), measurement (ops), and with other non-GBM XFN partners.- Day-to-day management and oversight of the tailored solutions workstreams, including developing and optimizing on new ways of working across sales enablement and vertical activations. This is a fairly new workstream and this role will be a key contributor to building an effective system- Business impact ensure delivering on marketing and business needs, and tracking/communicating it back to the larger org- This role will also oversee strategy, creation & delivery of Case Studies in support of business impact stories and to deliver leadership needed in market, liasing with GBM-IMC and other XFNs to activate.- In support of both NA Marketing Enterprise and Growth Managers, maintaining systems of cross-team project tracking, measurement needs, and general housekeeping.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing or advertising industry, with skillsets in marketing, project management, strategy, or related role.- Deep understanding of business marketing, industry marketing, and/or vertical sales/sales marketing (i.e. CPG, Finserv, Auto, Retail, Apps or Media/Entertainment a plus)- Portfolio of relevant work demonstrating success bringing advertising products to market- Strong grasp and keen passion for marketing, technology and culture, and an understanding of the social media and commerce space
