Job Details

***THIS IS AN ONSITE/HYBRID role in Nashville, TN.***MUST HAVE AD AGENY BACKGROUND!!!

This person will be responsible for developing, optimizing, maintaining, and communicating a customized paid search strategy for our clients as well as handling media buys across SEM platforms!

Responsibilities:Serve as primary lead for all active accounts, including initial campaign recommendations, real-time customization/optimizations, KPI delivery, campaign tracking/measurement and reporting.Responsible for upholding deadlines and maintaining accuracy associated with budgets, pacing, reporting, bid adjustments and billing (e.g. Prisma management, draft billing, billing discrepancies, flowcharts, etc.)Manage collection of data & research needed to guide creation of advanced online solutions and optimal campaign delivery.Develop optimization strategies that increase the company's search engine results rankingsSet measurable goals that demonstrate improvement in marketing effortsMonitor daily performance metrics to understand SEO strategy performanceEfficiently communicate with other marketing professionals to align goalsCollaborate with others within the marketing department to manage paid strategy

Qualifications:

6 plus years of experience in successfully managing accounts in online advertising and digital marketing with a focus in SEO/SEMAdvertising or digital marketing agency experience is a HUGE PLUSUnderstanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methodsExperience with SEO industry programs, such as Google Analytics or Adobe AnalyticsAble to complete competitive analysis of other companies within the industryExcellent written and verbal communication skills (email, phone, etc.)Knowledge of ranking factors, search engine algorithms, ad serving platforms and online analytic solutionsMastery of social/search platforms, including relevant tools required for reporting, analytics, and competitive analysisKnowledge of Prisma/MediaOcean a plus
