This includes tools critical for personalization, monetization, and experimentation.The GTM Tech team is a growing team of designers with the charter to reimagine marketing and marketing operations by applying cutting-edge interactive-design opportunities such as Generative AI. This team balances bold design thinking of North Star designs and high-level information architecture with delivering concrete customer-facing designs.We’re a team that challenges each other to do the best work of our lives while having fun along the way. Apply strategic thinking to design and deliver innovative end-to-end user experiences that balance customer needs, business goals, and technological realities across web & mobile.Be Bold:
Create compelling visions and translate concepts into designs that illustrate simplicity, despite the complexity of the system.Learn fast:
Rapidly explore ideas and complex interactions through prototypes and test your hypothesis with users using a variety of methodologies.Facilitation:
Lead cross-functional workshops that help to align the team on design vision.Storytelling:
Effectively communicate design approach and demonstrate strong storytelling techniques to inspire the team.Managing and mentoring:
Coach and mentor more junior designers on the team in craft and development of key hard and soft skills.What’ll get your foot in the door:
8+ years of experience in interaction design, product design, service design, or related fields.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Product Design, Human-Computer Interaction Design, Interaction (Master’s preferred). Alternatively, you are a Certified Usability Analyst. Equivalent work experience will be considered.Demonstrable experience with the application of user-centered design methodology (especially user-centered analysis, information architecture, task-flow design, usability testing).Demonstrable experience with the application of established design principles in your work.Other skills and experiences you will bring:
Organized, self-directed, efficient, and able to manage multiple and complex projects in a timely manner.Ability to build positive, collaborative relationships across teams/groups/functions.Effective communicator, presenter, and negotiator.Experience designing for and working with design systems and reusable component libraries.
