Marketing Coordinators produce and support the production of materials that contribute to Gensler’s business development efforts. They work under the direction of senior staff and marketing leaders to write, design, and produce proposals, presentations, and other collateral used to help the firm win work.Successful candidates will join a team of skilled marketers who enjoy working together almost as much as we love winning. Gensler offers additional opportunities for marketers who perform at exceptional levels within practice areas or disciplines, such as writing, data management, graphic design, or strategy.What You Will DoWork with and support other marketing team members to design, write, and produce proposals, presentations, and other marketing collateral in alignment with brand standardsParticipate in pursuit strategy and planningDevelop new materials as needed to support business development activitiesPerform multiple marketing efforts against rapid and frequent deadlinesUnderstand and learn Gensler’s portfolio of work, practice areas, and firm wide capabilitiesMaintain resources & information systems including resumes, case stories, and marketing drive organizationParticipate in data management in Salesforce and imagery organization in Open AssetWork closely with other marketing team members to complete special projects, elevate the quality of our efforts, and contribute to our win strategy effortsYour QualificationsBachelor’s degree in a related field. Directly related marketing communications experienceAt least 3+ years of experience preferably in an architecture or engineering firmVery strong InDesign skills, including proficiency with text styles, master pages, and other toolsWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)Strong writing skills and attention to typographic detailSuperior communication, organization, and customer service skills, and a desire to learnAbility to prioritize multiple tasks amid changing needs and demands, maintaining a constant attention to detailAbility to manage own time, to work both collaboratively and independently, and to perform effectively under tight deadlinesInformation design and layout experience is a plusTo be considered, please submit a cover letter and at least a couple writing and layout samples.The base salary range will be estimated between $65,000 - $75,000 plus bonuses and benefits and contingent on relevant experience.Life at Gensler
