Read all the information about this opportunity carefully, then use the application button below to send your CV and application.We are looking for an efficient and reliable marketing associate to support a productive, high-volume commercial real estate office that executes sales, debt placement and tenant rep and agency brokerage assignments in a variety of property types. They will be a key team member and should bring strong communication skills, an aptitude for project management and be willing to delve into a variety of tasks to help accomplish team goals. This position is ideally suited for an organized self-starter who is proficient at managing multiple tasks.

The base salary is aligned with market data and is estimated between $70,000 to $80,000 with the ability to achieve additional compensation through bonus. This salary range reflects base compensation for the position across all US locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and other factors including relevant education/training, experience, and internal equity.

Responsibilities

Creating proposals, presentations, and marketing materials, including pitch books, offering memorandums, broker opinion of value, sales booklets, digital property marketing and specialty brochures.

Utilizing Adobe Creative Suite to create various illustrations, maps and other images within established brand guidelines.

Maintaining and organizing marketing templates, team biographies and case studies.

Maintaining listing information and updating online marketing websites.

Preparing marketing budgets and tracking related expenses for listings.

Writing, designing and producing various internal and external communications.

Compiling and maintaining complex information for inclusion in reports and informational packages.

Provide new and ongoing efforts and ideas for Avison Young’s social media strategy and function to amplify day-to-day and anchor pieces.

Coordinate email marketing campaigns and content for email blasts.

Partner and coordinate with Media Relations and Market Intelligence to disseminate information and secure interviews for agency and capital markets personnel.

Maintaining marketing and client contact lists; regular input of information into the company’s CRM database and/or other systems or files.

Other duties and special projects as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree.

Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office and the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, focused, and ambitious problem solver.

Professional demeanor, team player, and positive attitude a must.

Exceptional organizational and time management skills. Ability to prioritize, juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Excellent research, analytical, written and verbal communication skills.

Experience in commercial real estate is preferred.
