Candidates that share our values are encouraged to apply.POSITION SUMMARYAs the Marketing Manager at Summit Law Group, you will play a critical role in shaping the firm's image and driving business growth through strategic marketing efforts. You will be part of the management team and will work closely with the Executive Director, leadership, our partners, and internal and external marketing team members, while leveraging digital and traditional marketing channels to achieve our business objectives.RESPONSIBILITIESWork collaboratively with marketing team members and vendors, while providing leadership, guidance, and individual accountability.Create, develop, and promote internal/external communications in all aspects of marketing.Guide the creation and execution of strategic marketing and business development plans for individual attorneys, practice groups, and the firm.Assist with seminars, webinars, events, and learning opportunities. This includes organizing and running events from concept through day-of logistics and any follow-ups.Support legal teams with RFP/RFQ responses and client-specific pitch materials.Create and maintain web content and collateral marketing materials, including utilization of metrics to improve user experience.Coordinate and organize submissions for attorney and firm recognition/ratings programs.Assist with creative content, design, and editing of the firm’s intranet site and social media posts.Contribute to developing and implementing an internal client contact management system, client engagement and feedback processes, and improving external client communications.Manage vendor relationships and contract negotiations, while ensuring quality and consistency of deliverables.Streamline and modernize marketing processes, technology, and asset library.Work on special projects as needed.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSCreative thinking and ability to develop innovative marketing strategiesOutstanding writing, communication, and interpersonal skillsStrong decision making, project management, and time management skills7+ years of experience in

legal marketing

is preferredSolid understanding of legal marketing principles, trends, and client behaviorExperience managing vendor relationships and contract negotiationsWillingness and ability to manage projects and workload top to bottomProficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, and MS Office SuiteSmartsheet build knowledge is a big plusCOMPENSATION AND BENEFITSSummit strives for competitive compensation and benefit packages.
