Dive deep into data to identify key targets and markets to focus on or partners we should be connecting with.Data-Driven Decision Maker:

Your days will be focused with researching and analyzing where we should focus our recruitment efforts, helping us identify high-potential candidates and markets. You’ll dig into the data to guide our strategy and make informed decisions on where to target next—and where is not an optimal use of our resources.Industry Partnership:

Collaborate with industry leaders to pinpoint emerging trends and opportunities, ensuring our recruitment strategies are always ahead of the curve.Writing & Editing (20%):

Craft compelling content, manage what’s already in place with adjustments as needed. While design isn’t your focus, your sharp writing skills will shine as you craft compelling content and manage what’s already in place. Your words will help shape our brand’s message and connect with prospective students.Travel & Networking (30%):

Your understanding of the metrics and behind-the-scenes work will be key to your success.Summary of Responsibilities:Manages the day-to-day operational recruitment activities.Develops and implements marketing strategies and solutions to achieve business goals.Assists in strategic planning of recruitment strategies and priorities.Essential Functions:Oversees daily recruitment service delivery, promotional projects, campaigns, events, programs and/or services. May lead staff in the design and implementation of marketing materials.Acts as liaison to admissions staff, students, and community.Manages brand identity by implementing print, audio, visual and/or online design standards and providing creative direction for all marketing recruitment efforts.Engages with on and off-campus customers and related departments. Enhances customer base and strengthens the university’s image.Analyses market research to create new or enhance current markets. Develops long- and short-term marketing objectives utilizing analyses to enhance the competitive advantage.May oversee staff including work allocation, training, promotion, and enforcement of internal procedures and controls, and problem resolution.May assist with the monitoring, tracking, and management of annual recruitment and marketing budget.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, business, or related field.Preferred Education: Three (3) years of experience in recruiting, admissions, or communications in higher education or related field.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Ability to learn graduate admissions regulations and write appropriate messaging that should be communicated to prospective students and internal constituents.Ability to work with integrated information systems to achieve business needs.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.) and Windows-based computer operating systems.Ability to organize and coordinate work within schedule constraints and handle emergent requirements in a timely manner.Sponsorship:
