We’re looking for a content creator to take on some of our most exciting political accounts. If you are a master storyteller and love politics, keep reading.
All potential applicants are encouraged to scroll through and read the complete job description before applying.As a Content Strategist at IMGE, you will amplify the voice of prominent political campaigns, top advocacy firms, Fortune 25 companies, and even IMGE itself. Your days will be spent combing through the latest news headlines to find your client’s next hook, brainstorming creative fundraising ideas, analyzing performance data to see what’s working and what’s not, editing copy to ensure everything we send is error-free, and creating scroll-stopping social videos that elevate your copy. Did we mention writing? You’ll be doing a lot of that.You’ll work as a team with account, marketing, design, and ad strategists – and be integrated in projects from start to finish.Here’s what we’ll expect you to do:Brainstorm, author, and proofread marketing collateral for web, email, SMS, advertising, and social.Research issues and ideas relevant to our clients’ goals.Develop omnichannel content strategy plans for a variety of clients.Design A/B tests to delve deeper into what drives engagement for each of your client’s audiences.Manage search engine optimization (SEO) content of select pages.Handle multiple projects at once and meet aggressive deadlines.Continuously learn new things, test new strategies, and hone your copywriting skills.Here’s what we are looking for on your resume:Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.Understanding of the political and legislative landscape.Experience writing content across different mediums, including email, SMS, web, and social media.Bonus points if you check any of these boxes:Experience in political or non-profit digital fundraising.Experience with search engine optimization (SEO).Understanding of WordPress.Also, there will be times when this role will require you to work late hours and occasionally on the weekends. Agency life!Salary Range:
