Senior Marketing Manager, Acquisition

will have an essential role in the planning, organization, implementation, and optimization of our organization’s go-to-market product strategies. As one of the core members of the Marketing team, you will be responsible for the collaboration and execution of campaigns tactics, including but not limited to: emails, display marketing, event summits & webinars, data analytics, lead qualification & routing, social media, and search engine optimization. Additionally, you will work cross collaboratively with multiple departments within the organization, to maximize performance and contribute to the team’s overall business goals.What You’ll DoProduce ResultsLeverage demand gen marketing expertise to successfully craft & deploy campaignsSuccessfully execute on strategy and campaign plans for all initiativesAnalyze campaign performance data and identify trends for campaign optimization needsImplement campaign optimizations to maximize performanceManage demand gen strategy & campaigns against an annual budget & calendarManage Vendor PartnersManage third-party marketing partners that contribute to our demand gen program tactics and drive continual optimization of efficient, effective systems that optimize marketing outputOwn and organize all demand generation budgets and expensesCollaborate cross-functionally with internal team members to ensure alignment of tactics and optimal execution of campaignsAnalyze & OptimizeSupport and manage both the production and implementation of a variety of marketing deliverables in alignment with quarterly objectivesDrive the process, alignment, and validation of core data lists with our sales and rev ops teams, in conjunction with our sales and product marketing partnersDevelop and maintain marketing calendars that are essential to executing on our success in a timely mannerParticipate in the implementation of best practices and processes that will maximize demand generation program’s effectiveness and efficiencyManagement ReportingCommunicate campaign status and performance to leadership in both oral and written formatsFocus on the critical levers of success and structure the decision-making processGo beyond the numbers and identify key insights and provide meaningful recommendationsDevelop and assess multiple options as the basis of your recommendationsEvaluate performance and be willing to re-evaluate if the data suggests a better path forwardWhat You’ll Bring5-8 years of direct experience managing a product lifecycle and demand gen campaignsThought-leadership, innovative thinking, and strategic focus that maximizes campaign tactics and performanceExperience analyzing and interpreting complex performance data/results for future optimizationDemonstrated success in executing a mix of demand gen tactics, meeting timelines, and delivering resultsFoundational product marketing experience and a deep understanding of marketing demand gen best practicesExperience in presenting your work and key results to leadershipWho We Want To MeetYou’re a positive person, ready to serve as an enthusiastic promoter of PartsSource to internal and external clientsYou’re a problem solver, always looking to find ways to work towards a win-win solutionYou’re a strong influencer- able to gain the trust and confidence of leadership teams to drive changeYou don’t settle for the status quo.
