We're looking for an exceptional Content Marketing Specialist who is passionate about creating and delivering effective campaigns that target the Chinese American community. In this role, you will be collaborating with Marketing, Product, and Merchandising teams to develop best-in-class app pushes, emails, and website collections that drive revenue. Your role will involve taking ownership of the content strategy and execution for the Chinese storefront in the English language. This includes overseeing weekly and seasonal promotional campaigns, collaborating with Category Buyers to curate products, and creating storefront assets designed to captivate the Chinese American audience.ResponsibilitiesLead the development and implementation of the content strategy for the Chinese storefront, focusing on enhancing user retention and driving sales for assigned sales regions.Stay up-to-date with the latest media technologies and marketing trends in order to build a more effective content/editorial event calendar.Plan and execute weekly, seasonal, and promotional campaigns end-to-end, from targeting to reporting and optimization.Collaborate with other content marketing specialists to create and review all content and ensure a consistent message.Partner with Category Buyers to curate products and create storefront assets that engage the Chinese American audience.Company BenefitsComprehensive health insurance package, including medical, dental, and vision.401k.Annual bonus plan.Vacation and holiday time off.Monthly mobile stipend.Monthly Weee! Within the range, individual pay is determined by multiple factors like job-related skills, experience and work locations. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include any variable compensation element.QualificationsDeep understanding of the Chinese American community, including their taste palette, food trends and culture.Proficiency in both Chinese and English is highly preferred, as the role involves translating content from Chinese to English.Excellent writing and editing skills are essential. Content marketing specialists need to create engaging and error-free content that aligns with the brand's voice and messaging.1+ year of email and push marketing experience.Ability to analyze data and draw insights from content performance metrics. This includes using tools like Tableau or other content marketing analytics platforms.Proficiency with standard design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Figma, Canva, and Excel or Google Sheets.Familiar with Klaviyo email marketing tool.Bachelor's degree or relevant experience applicable to marketing, digital media marketing, advertising, and communications industry.Social media content creation and management skills are a plus.Background in eCommerce or food delivery is a plus.Passion for making delicious, fresh groceries accessible to everyone!
