We're seeking a freelance experiential producer for an upcoming project.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with creative teams to translate brand visions into immersive, engaging experiencesDevelop and manage project budgets, ensuring we deliver impactful experiences within client constraintsSource and negotiate with vendors to secure the best partners for each project (think venue rentals, fabrication, A/V)Manage project timelines and milestones, keeping everyone on track and informedOversee logistics and on-site execution, ensuring flawless delivery of the experienceFoster strong relationships with clients, keeping them informed and exceeding expectationsAnalyze post-event data to measure success and inform future projects
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in experiential marketing or a related fieldA proven track record of delivering successful events or activationsExcellent project management skills with a keen eye for detailStrong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams and with clientsResourcefulness and problem-solving skills to navigate unexpected challengesBudget management expertise and the ability to negotiate effectively with vendorsPassion for the experiential marketing industry and a love for creating impactful experiences
