Looking for a Service Designer, an autonomous, driven individual contributor that will support the Service Designers in the Digital Experience and Content team, working on internal platform, tools and products. The team is looking for an execution focused individual, who can look at the big picture from a user experience, technology and business standpoint and translate it into visual assets and functional documentation to inform solution design and execution. This role supports processes and engineering on a global scale.

Typical Day-to-Day:Team consists of ~10 individualsDigital Experience and Content one side handles HR-related content strategy and development, the other handles experience connected to the content, throughout all internal platforms pertaining to HRThis role is specifically working with the digital experience side service engineers and 1 specialistTransformative / disruptive programs that changes internal experiences end-to-endEnsuring the team creates solutions that make sense and works efficiently what platforms are we using and does it connect / work to provide a good experience?Highly strategic role that turns into supporting and executionResponsibilities:Identify and support transformative cross-functional initiatives to improve employee experience and business processes for HRAdvocate for the user through human centered design methodologies (such as: design research, service blueprinting, collaborative work session design and facilitation, rapid prototyping, and frameworking) to strategically define ideal experiences and solutions across in-person and digital touchpointsTranslate business strategy and stakeholder needs into documented business & functional requirements for engineering teamsCreate service design outputs including user journey & system maps, service architecture diagrams, user flow diagrams and service blueprintsPartner with Business & Engineering teams to drive alignment on future state visions, and to deliver innovative solutions ensuring acceptance criterias are metMaintain effective communication with relevant project stakeholdersInfluence technical solutions by leveraging and maximizing suite of current and future technology investmentsEffectively leverage data dashboards and metric libraries to inform prioritization processes and engineering roadmapsLeverage User Research to identify adoption opportunities for new products and improvements for current products, supporting user-centered activities such as concept testing and usability testingDesign and drive co-creative design thinking session to drive alignment and accelerate deliveryPerformance Measurement:Performance is measured on deliverables and adding valuable contributions when it comes to digital experience and content.

Must-Have Skills:5+ years experience implementing user-centric solutions5+ years experience creating business requirements artifacts, including process designs and service blueprints3+ years experience leveraging agile methodology to deliver solutions in collaboration with product/application managers, designers, researchers, data specialists and developersExperience influencing at all levels of organization, as well as driving and implementing company-wide changesExperience leveraging qualitative and quantitative data to drive business decisions & technology solutionsDemonstrated experience leading global technical projects and end-to-end collaboration with cross-functional stakeholdersExperience with prototyping and wireframing digital solution with Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or equivalent toolsExperience with designing and delivering design thinking sessions & workshops, setting clear expectations and defining tangible outcomesNice-to-Have Skills:UX experience is a plusProduct design experienceFormer large tech company experienceSoft Skills:Proven communications, relationship management, partnership building and leadership influencing skillsStrong verbal and written communication skills presentations, sell these ideas to VPs and DirectorsAbility to think strategicallyUnderstand problem, create framework to map the problem, find and create a solution - cannot just solve problem with a basic solution or fix at scale laterExample: how do we create a platform that we will utilize daily - capability that allows us to strategically build at scale not improve something incrementalEducational Requirements:University / College Level minimumPay:
