We currently operate in the States of Illinois, New York, Massachusetts, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Colorado and Michigan as a medical and/or adult use cannabis provider to patients and customers. Please make sure you read the following details carefully before making any applications.We are looking for a creative, experienced and collaborative Senior Graphic Designer who can evolve concepts into impactful creative across all communication channels. You’ll work on a variety of project types including print, digital, packaging, presentations, environmental design, events, etc. - to support corporate, wholesale and consumer marketing and sales efforts.Primary responsibilities include:Conceptualization of projects, designs, and providing product marketing material and collateral campaigns for effective promotion of corporate image, branding, and programmatic marketing initiatives.Collaborating with internal teams to define and design innovative materials and solutions, developing internal and external presentations, as well as graphics for product illustrations, logos, and websites.Implementing branding strategy, and developing/enhancing collateral within brand guidelines.Creating and executing all visual design stages from concept to final implementation of digital documents, process flows, mock-ups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas including accurate pre-flight for print and digital projects prior to release for production.Working with the Creative Director to create the overall look for a campaign.Pushing the envelope on creative for the entirety of the house of brands.Focusing on the retail side of the company working with the Director of Marketing of Retail on various deliverables including production work for each state.Assisting in directing photo shoots and other specialized vendors, meeting with clients and the marketing team to understand and make recommendations on project parameters, goals, and tactics.Creating and contributing, both visually and strategically, to all marketing initiatives and working well within a team.Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field or equivalent work experience with 10+ years design agency or internal corporate art/design department experience.Proficiency with Macintosh computers using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Google Apps. Adobe Premier or After Effects a plus.Outstanding skills in communication design (composition, typography, color, illustration, and photography for both print and digital formats).Strong ability to multitask and work quickly under pressure.Able to work and excel in a fast-paced, intense, yet fun work environment.Attention to detail and strong organizational skills needed to consistently meet deadlines.Ability to adapt to changing priorities and new technologies is essential.Being nimble and open to providing and accepting feedback.Web/digital design and layout production and user interface design experience a plus.Previous email design experience preferred with knowledge of multiple platforms.Basic HTML knowledge a plus.Notice: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
