We’re looking for a Principal level Content Designer to join our Cash App for Business team. The Cash App for Business team is building an ecosystem where sellers of any size can turn an idea into a reality, grow sales, connect with more customers, and keep track of their earnings. As the Principal Content Designer on the team, you will establish the content strategy for new products and features we’re building and bring that content strategy to life, ensuring it’s cohesive across the entire customer experience from marketing through to support experiences.You will:Use storytelling and the craft of design to build cross-functional alignment toward a customer centric experience. You will develop a content strategy and communicate recommendations in order to influence the product development process from ideation to launch.Think in multiple time horizons. You are able to pursue creative, bold ideas that challenge the status quo others have set, while breaking down how to get there in achievable milestones.Shape roadmaps, working alongside product designers, researchers, product managers, analysts, and engineers to understand customer needs, define requirements, and align on business goals.Find intuitive and elegant solutions, writing content that resonates with sellers and delivering well crafted, holistic experiences in service of our sellers and Cash App’s business.Use insights and metrics to drive forward decisions with strong instincts on when to take calculated risks.Qualifications You have:8+ years experience in content strategy, UX writing, content design (or whatever you happen to call it)Experience working on zero to one projects and iterating on well-established, core experiencesStrong UX capabilities and writing competency, including information architecture, systems-design, content research, and content managementExperience building successful cross-functional partnerships and demonstrated product influence and user impactExceptional communication and presentation skills to all levels of an organization.Additional Information Block takes a market-based approach to pay, and pay may vary depending on your location. U.S. locations are categorized into one of four zones based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.
