This position is responsible for managing Precor’s marketing assets, visual story, corporate marketing communications and brand consistency. This core team member is a strategic thinker with strong tactical execution and communication skills. The ideal candidate will be adept at decision-making and building systems and tools, while also possessing a strong visual eye and creative messaging skillset to help evolve Precor’s creative vision. This role is part of Precor’s marketing leadership team.

ResponsibilitiesOversee the creative service team’s workflow and approvals.Directly manage corporate marketing functions, including localization and LMS.Maintain global marketing calendar to ensure clear and achievable targets and deliverables within a defined timeline.Create and maintain dashboards to measure progress against key initiatives, and work with leadership on strategic improvements to increase reach and improve efficiencies.Provide oversight of tools and asset platforms to ensure brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints, including corporate Style Guide.Create and maintain presentation and corporate template library.Partner with global marketing team members on campaign messaging and execution.Develop relationships with Precor’s partner brands and distributors to ensure consistent messaging across 3rd party channels.Manage PR requests and media relations in tandem with field marketing teams and leadership teams.Develop communication forum and process for rapid engagement and updates on product and company updates.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication strategies and practices, adjusting strategies in response to feedback and new opportunities.Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure our company’s values, initiatives, and business developments are effectively communicated to employees.Collaborate with leadership to develop communications strategies that will broaden programmatic reach and deepen impact.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field.6+ years of experience in a communications role, with 3+ years in a management position within a communications team.Strong experience with corporate communications, content creation, and media relations.Demonstrates a strong passion and/or knowledge for fitness and wellness.Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to think strategically and identify ways to improve communication efforts.Must be resourceful, proactive, and able to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Strong project management and decision-making skills.Pay Range : $121,100-$135,900

The pay range represents the low and high end of the anticipated pay range for this position based at our Woodinville, WA headquarters. The actual pay offered for this position will depend on numerous factors including individual performance, business objectives, and if the location for the job changes.
