Prominent employer in the Baltimore area seeks a talented, experienced marcomm leader (PR/Communications/Marketing/Advertising Agency or large corporate marketing department) who will guide strategic direction and communications targeting a large internal audience.
Qualifications
Deliver proactive, consultative client service and strategic account management to several of the organization's business areas.Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Public Relations, or related field.Minimum 8 years of marketing and communications experience is required; experience navigating a large, complex organization and working with cross-functional teams is preferred.3-5 years project management experience in a large corporate marketing department or agency is preferred, with experience managing many projects in a fast-paced environment.Must have strong creative strategic brief writing skills, ability to draft a comprehensive strategic internal communications plan, and demonstrate strong content editing skills.
