Job SummaryAs a Marketing Graphic Designer, you will be a key contributor to our marketing team, translating concepts and marketing strategies into compelling visual designs. Your creativity, attention to detail, and proficiency in design software will play a crucial role in developing visual assets that enhance our brand identity and effectively communicate our marketing messages.

Principle Duties And ResponsibilitiesGraphic Design:

Develop visually appealing and on-brand graphics for various marketing materials, including digital and print collateral, social media content, presentations, and advertisements.Create eye-catching visuals that communicate complex ideas and messages in a clear and engaging manner.

Brand Consistency:

Ensure consistency in design elements and brand guidelines across all marketing channels and materials.Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain a cohesive visual identity that aligns with the overall brand strategy.

Collaboration:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing managers, copywriters, and digital specialists, to understand project requirements and contribute creative input.Incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders to refine designs and meet project objectives.

Digital Media:

Design engaging visuals for digital platforms, including social media graphics, email campaigns, website elements, and digital advertisements.Stay current with digital design trends and tools to enhance the effectiveness of our online presence.

Print Collateral:

Design print materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and promotional items, ensuring high-quality print-ready files are delivered.

Creative Problem-Solving:

Approach design challenges with a solutions-oriented mindset, finding innovative ways to visually communicate marketing messages.

Deadline Management:

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to project timelines and deadlines.

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.Minimum 5 years' experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a marketing or advertising context.Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).Familiarity with UX/UI design principles.Experience with motion graphics and video editing tools.Knowledge of HTML/CSS and web design principles.Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and styles.Understanding of marketing principles and the ability to translate marketing strategies into visual concepts.Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions.Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and visual consistency.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.The Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.#J-18808-Ljbffr
