Director of Sales and Marketing

who would maintain an office in either the Columbus or Cincinnati branch and oversee the sales growth of all operations across their five locations: Columbus, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Indianapolis, and Louisville, Kentucky.They specialize in pressure washing for light-duty and medium-duty fleet vehicles, semi-truck and bus body repair, reconditioning, and detailing. Within the past fifteen years, they have expanded their services to also include commercial building, storefronts, flat surfaces, garages, and snow plowing.The ideal candidate will come highly experienced in business-to-business service sales and embody the following core values: honors commitment, relationship-focused, solution-oriented, fun and positive, and driven.Compensation:Competitive Base Salary - $130,000 to $150,000 based on experienceFirst year on target earnings with Bonuses $160,000 to $200,000Benefits:Matching 401K Retirement Savings PlanPaid Holidays and PTOFull Benefits including: Health, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short Term DisabilityCompany-provided Car, including insurance and fuelCompany-provided Computer, and Cell PhoneCompany credit card (expense account)Paid industry training & developmentResponsibilities Include (but are not limited to):Develop and manage sales budgets and goalsTrain and mentor a team of 10 to 15 Account Managers and Marketing PersonnelMeasure and improve Account Manager's effectivenessIdentify needs for additional Account Managers and their skill setsIdentify areas of potential growthCoach sales team through customer conflictsTravel to other locations 2-3 days per weekAssist in hiring and termination processesBuild customer relationships through social engagementsQualifications:Business school or equivalent on-the-job training5-10 years of Sales and Management training experience5 years or more of Upper-Level management experience5 years or more of Marketing experienceProven sales success in B2B selling a service (this is a must-have)Experience in family-owned business culture is highly beneficialProven track record of professional growthExperience in hiring and growing a teamExperience with P&L budgeting and forecastingProficiency in cold calling & networkingGood computer skillsAbility to work cohesively with operations teamValid Driver's LicenseTNT Services is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
