This

Executive

level position is responsible for the strategic direction of the

Corporate Marketing

area to consistently achieve business results and to ensure internal/external customer/client service expectations are fulfilled. There are

200 plus associates in marketing with six direct reports

and the following departments will report to this position: Digital Commerce, Customer Development, Sales Academy, Analytics & Operations and the Marketing activities for our Forms, Supplies, Labor Law Posters, Publications Line, Cloud-based SaaS solutions, Consulting, and Managed Services. As an Exec VP, this position is part of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and must operate at a strategic level, focusing on long-term plans and strategic priorities that benefit J. J. Keller as a whole.This position will take a lead role in the

strategic planning

for our growth initiatives. This includes annual Corporate Business Planning Process and the annual Corporate Forecasting Process. This role requires strong collaboration with Sales to ensure the marketing leads support and align with our short and long term goals. This role provides leadership and influences the launch of new products and solutions and extensive coordination with our four business units, R&D, Content and Sales.To be considered for this role, the candidate must be available to work onsite, and reside in the local area of our corporate campus (Neenah, WI). Relocation will be considered for the right candidate.Job Responsibilities

High level interaction/collaboration and integration with all corporate-wide areas and sales platforms.Shared responsibility for developing the corporate annual sales forecast and full accountability for unit budget/expense control.Provide long term strategic goals and objectives to marketing which aligns with corporate direction/strategy.Authorize purchases and commitments in accordance with the “Corporate Requisition Approval Guidelines”.Improves effectiveness of the Marketing Department to ensure work is completed in a quality manner, productivity gains are achieved and internal/external customer/client service expectations are fulfilled.Maintain ongoing communication and positive working relationships with all associates, customers (internal and external) and vendors (internal and external).Serve as a resource to business partners by providing knowledge and expertise in support of corporate plans/initiatives.Carry out responsibilities in a fair, ethical and non-discriminatory manner and ensure that staff follows these same guidelines.Enforce and support all company policies and procedures. experience with multi-channel, integrated sales operations and direct P&L accountability.10+ years of management experience in a growth environment with strong managerial and administrative skills.Comprehensive knowledge of strategic marketing with extensive sales and marketing program integration.Working knowledge of integrated direct marketing, multi-channel direct response marketing, CRM/technology, product marketing, creative and promotion, product development, customer and market research, new customer acquisition and market development functions.Demonstrated leadership and change management skills and capabilities.Excellent planning, organizational and analytical abilities with strong business and financial acumen and direct revenue and profit accountability.Proven experience developing and implementing growth plans and programs with cross-functional integration.Education:Bachelor's Degree in a Marketing related field.MBA a plus.Other Skills/Qualifications:Ability to develop long-term vision and strategic plans.Ability to develop and implement growth plans and programs.Ability to lead cross departmental project teams.Strong communication, leadership and associate development skills.J.
