Be one of the first applicants, read the complete overview of the role below, then send your application for consideration.Responsibilities:Help drive day-to-day research and analytics efforts while delivering high impact, actionable insightsExecute consumer, media, brand, and market research that will drive the client’s businessSynthesize and provide clear visualization of insights surfaced by mining advertising and client dataReport on key metrics for campaign effectiveness and develop key findings for optimizationDevelop and analyze media and brand targets that inform media strategiesApply syndicated research and proprietary agency resources to client’s businessEvaluate new and potential data partners to identify the best resources and approachesProactively educate internal and external clients on research, tools, and approachesCraft POVs for internal and external knowledge sharingQualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred, preferably with a concentration in marketing, advertising, communications, business, sociology, or consumer insights1+ years in media/marketing research, consumer insight, business consulting, or advertising analyticsExperience with quantitative or qualitative research and working with large data sets to create insightsFamiliarity with syndicated and customer data environmentsKnowledge of statistical software packages and coding languages (e.g. SAS, SPSS, R, Python) a plusProficiency in Tableau, GoodData, Datorama, SQL a plusStrong communication skills both written and verbalCompetency in Microsoft Office Suite with intermediate to advanced understanding of ExcelAdditional Information Starcom is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
