Senior Marketing Manager

position serves as a leader and collaborator with responsibility for the creation and execution of strategic, integrated marketing campaigns that build brand awareness, grow consumer brand preference, and increase volume and market share for AdventHealth Sebring, AdventHealth Lake Placid and AdventHealth Wauchula.The Senior Marketing Manager develops consumer volume-driving strategies to grow volumes and build consumer loyalty through deployment of integrated marketing and advertising campaigns that leverage the right channel mix to reach the right consumer, at the right place, at the right time. Channel mix includes, but is not limited to, radio (traditional and digital), print, out of home, digital search, social media (organic & paid), events and more.The value you’ll bring to the team:Develops and executes strategic marketing plans and budgets to meet established branding, volume, market share and service line goals. Develops plans to meet goals with return on investment tracking mechanisms to ensure success.In collaboration with the AVP of marketing and brand strategy, and the hospital c-suite team, develops and manages the marketing operating budget for the hospital.Serves as the hospital leader in working knowledge of the competitive landscape. Maintains a strong working knowledge of competitors, technology and new physicians in the market. Communicates updates on regular basis to leadership and other stakeholders.Has a strong understanding of market research related to local area and key service lines. Works closely with market research and service line leadership teams on market analysis and reporting to support marketing strategy development, consumer and physician information.Responsible for creation and development of growth strategies and content planning for hospital programs/service lines including background, research information, content and copy, timelines and deadline management.QualificationsThe expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business, Communications, Advertising, Healthcare Administration or related field.Minimum of seven (7) years’ experience and proven track record in strategic and integrated marketing communications that includes management of key functions including: strategic marketing and planning, brand strategies, advertising and promotional plans, revenue growth strategies, agency relationships, community partnerships.Minimum of two (2) years of management experience with proven track record of leading and managing a team for results.Experience working in a healthcare marketing, advertising agency or strategic and integrated marketing role is required.
