The Marketing Operations Specialist is responsible for the processes, tools, and technologies that support the Workforce business management. As a Marketing Operations Specialist, you will be a key player in streamlining and optimizing the sales process, building and scaling our marketing programs, managing the sales pipeline for educational partnerships and student recruitment using the Salesforce CRM and Pardot marketing automation to execute marketing campaigns, manage list segmentation, monitor campaign metrics, and strategize ways to scale our lead generation.

Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide real-time insights to the management team.Work closely with the technology team in maximally utilizing the Salesforce CRM and Pardot platform, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and proper utilization by the workforce team.Work collaboratively with the various regional and central management teams to plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels for the workforce sides of the company.Manage list segmentation and development of cohorts to deliver more targeted and relevant messaging to improve engagement and ultimately conversion of prospects.Serve as a project manager on email campaigns for the service line, maintaining email delivery schedules, creating email templates, assisting with design, copy and structure of emails and monitoring campaign metrics.Day-to-day marketing tasks, which may include social media publishing, website content development, paid advertising support, and managing and distributing sales enablement materials.Research thought leadership opportunities for healthcare subject matter experts and assist in proposal submissions.Coordinate outreach to broaden the brand reach and communicate the value and mission of the company.Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings.Assist with the management and marketing of the workforce alumni program.Manage the Job Board process, ensuring regular updates and effective communication of job postings.Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Marketing, or a related field.1-2 years of previous experience integrating and supporting sales or marketing processes.Experience in using Salesforce or similar CRM systems (Zoho, Hubspot, etc.).Experienced in Pardot or similar marketing tools (Marketo, Hubspot Marketing, etc.).Understanding of the sales process and the importance of marketing in growth as it supports these goals.Experience with reporting and analytics. Ability to draw insights and intelligence from data.Expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel.Strong analytical, organization, and communication skills.Ability to work independently and effectively on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Skills related to effective project management, including strong work ethic, attention to detail, time management, ability to prioritize, flexibility and willingness to learn.Must be innovative and willing to present new ideas to help enhance marketing efforts.Experience in business development or marketing related to healthcare is a plus.Benefits: As a firm passionate about health care, we’re deeply committed to the health and wellness of our own team members.
