Lead Downstream Strategic Product Marketing for suite of products, shaping product strategy and plans.Manage marketing channels, campaigns, and tactics by leveraging data insights to drive impactful results.Drive strategy for the corporate website, focusing on increased engagement and enhanced visitor experience.Oversee the creation of thought leadership content like whitepapers and case studies to captivate audiences.Collaborate with internal and agency teams to execute and optimize creative projects.Engage with key opinion leaders and industry partners for commercial marketing opportunities.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (partnerships, product, sales) to achieve objectives.Represent the company at conferences, sales meetings, and customer visits when necessary.Develop expertise on buyers' behaviors, criteria, and purchasing patterns.Ensure adherence to QA and regulatory requirements for documentation release and publication.Maintain compliance with company policies, including Privacy/HIPAA and other regulatory directives.Benefits and Perks

The ideal candidate would bring the following:Demonstrated success in marketing principles, product management, and communicationsExperience across Marketing, Clinical, Media, Communications, and Medical Device/Tech IndustryProficient in content creation, crafting, and overseeing impactful white papers and case studiesStrong analytical skills, persuasive writing ability, and independence in idea development within a dynamic startup settingMandatory experience in managing and executing corporate website strategies using WordpressProven track record optimizing websites for branding, awareness, and demand generationComprehensive understanding of customer needs and competitive landscapes, translating insights into actionable marketing strategiesTeam player with strong organizational and time management skillsEffective problem-solving ability and composure under pressureExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and preferred experience with HubSpotBS/BA Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field, or equivalent combination of education and applicable job experience6 - 8 years related experience in a combination of product management and/or product marketingExperience in healthcare and/or medical device product management and/or product marketing desirableExperience educating and interacting with physician and other clinical customersExperience working with and training seasoned sales individualsTravel Expectations: Up to 25% Travel, domestically and throughout North America.Share this job.
