Four (4) plus years office or related work experience. Incumbent should be well organized and efficient, have problem-solving and critical thinking skills, able to multi-task, and be an effective communicator with excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, and demonstrated ability to protect confidential information. Proficiency in all Microsoft Office products is required (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel,) with experience in PointClickCare, Marketing Automation Software (HubSpot, AlineMAPS), Enquire CRM and Visualization and Analysis software, PowerBI preferred. Advanced knowledge base of excel - ability to use vlookup and apply complex formulas.Job SummaryThis position is primarily responsible for fulfilling the needs of the Director of Marketing and the Director of Sales, as well as providing analytics support to the executive team. This position will assist in driving business growth, increasing brand awareness, achieving budgeted targets of assigned service lines, including Ingleside's Life Plan Communities, Ingleside Engaged, Experience By Ingleside, Ingleside at Home, and the Westminster Ingleside Foundation. The position will manage marketing campaigns and reporting, maintain the CRM platform, social media presence, manage vendors for digital marketing, provide data supported insights on expanding markets and compile and analyze reports from multiple sources.Key ResponsibilitiesWorks in conjunction with the Director of Marketing and the Director of Sales to execute strategies to drive business growth, increase brand awareness and achieve budgeted targets of assigned service lines, including Ingleside's Life Plan Communities, Ingleside Engaged, Experience by Ingleside, Ingleside at Home, and the Westminster Ingleside Foundation.Designs, manages and oversees marketing Customer Relations Management (CRM) system, email marketing, display advertising campaigns in various platforms.Leverage expertise in the CRM system to drive highly develop, personalized CRM segmentation strategy across channels and customer communications.Leverage expertise in Digital and Marketing Automation Software to create, manage and optimize workflows and digital automation.Manage 3rd party vendors to effectively align to the sales, marketing, and business goals.Generate scheduled reports, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and as requested for the Ingleside Organization, using PowerBI, and other analytics tools.Compile and analyze reports identify trends to determine campaign efficiency and provide data-driven solutions.Lead, help develop, and implement Marketing Dashboard project and share industry knowledge.Assist with marketing campaigns including traditional print and direct mail, public relations, digital, eblast, and social media campaigns.Manage Google Tag Manager.Analyze website traffic through Google Analytics and use data-driven decisions to recommend changes, additions, and/or updates to webpages.Manage multiple projects to ensure successful completion and ROI.Senior Leadership AssistancePerforms clerical functions for the Sales department as well as other general office duties as assigned.Works in conjunction with Sales and Marketing teams to educate, provide guidance, and training on new technologies, as well as refreshers on existing technologies.Serve as a liaison between Marketing and other departments to ensure data integrity and interdepartmental collaboration, ensuring accurate and efficient transmittal of information to and from the Marketing department to appropriate parties.Ensure that all documents and conversations are treated with the highest level of confidentiality and exhibit an abundance of integrity in all interactions with various stakeholders.Participate in all Team meetings and events as requested.EEO StatementAs an employer committed to Equal Employment Opportunity, Ingleside recruits, hires, and promotes qualified persons in all job classifications without regard to age, race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, gender expression, national origin, ethnic origin, disability, genetic information, covered veteran status, or any other basis protected by law.
