Below covers everything you need to know about what this opportunity entails, as well as what is expected from applicants.The Digital Advertising Specialist will manage advertising campaigns for our auto dealer customers. Responsibilities include the technical execution of online marketing campaigns such as Search Engine Marketing, Display, Social, and Video Advertising services. The Specialist will conduct a thorough consultative review of the customer’s digital marketing performance and provide actionable insights. This role collaborates with multiple teams including brand marketing, digital, and sales to drive the strategy for multi-channel programs. This full-time position reports to the Digital Advertising Supervisor.Essential Functions:Manage accounts through the life-cycle starting with onboarding to regular day-to-day account management.Respond to customer requests and communications in a timely manner based on SLAs set by the company.Maintain a customer retention rate that is deemed acceptable by the company.Act as a true consultant by understanding the client's core goals.Plan advertising strategy on a monthly and quarterly basis with clients.Execute and present results of key initiatives.Identify opportunities to enhance a client's advertising portfolio.Ensure that accounts meet client-defined budget and metric goals.Optimize accounts regularly based on best practices outlined by the company.Deploy A/B testing and CRO tactics to improve account performance.Required Skills/Experience:Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.Excellent attention to detail, especially with communication (written and verbal) and meeting deadlines.Knowledge of Google Analytics or other bid optimization tools.Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Word, and Outlook.Prior Customer Service Experience.Experience managing a digital campaign.Preferred Skills/Experience:Google Analytics Certification.Google AdWords and Bing Ads Certifications.Experience as a PPC analyst.Prior experience with bid management software such as Kenshoo, Marin, Doubleclick, Searchforce, or Acquisio.Prior experience with digital marketing agencies.Salary:

The salary range for this position is $41,200 - $74,700. The maximum range shown represents your earning potential with DealerOn for the lifetime of the role.
