You enjoy working with others, are results-driven, and are looking for various opportunities to develop personally and professionally.The Role The Account Manager will be responsible for the planning, budgeting, coordination, and execution of all Hyatt in-house creative projects for a variety of brands and will interface directly with members of the brand and marketing teams. The Account Manager must be an effective leader, build stakeholder relationships, and manage a team of staff and contractors. The Account Manager has primary responsibility for working with creative managers to ensure projects are scheduled efficiently and each aspect of project development is handled flawlessly, on schedule, on budget, and on brand, ensuring best-in-class creative output. This person also manages the budget for Hyatt's in-house creative.Special initiatives and cross-functional projects

Establish and manage department workflow process, provide quality assurance of all creative deliverables and project management oversight including creating timelines, keeping tasks and teammates on schedule, following up on tasks, presenting deliverables to stakeholders, brainstorming, and troubleshooting solutions.Implement and work to budget and within tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment, ensuring both quality and efficiency.Develop and manage client relationships in a matrixed organization, including leading communication and gaining consensus between multiple stakeholders and working with stakeholders to establish strategic intent and scope of projects.Establish and manage agency relationships as needed.Demonstrate a commitment to Hyatt's core values.QualificationsExperience Required:

Minimum 5 years of industry/client or agency experience supporting a creative teamStrong project management skillsStrong influencing skillsPrevious budget accountabilityAbility to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure with careful attention to detail is a mustSelf-motivated, organized, and accountableWell-developed communication skills including the ability to articulate creative concepts and rationale to other team members and stakeholders.Experience Preferred:
