You will lead the customer acquisition and growth functions for Mental Health, Anti-Aging, Women’s Hair Loss, and Eyelash Growth. You’ll drive new customer revenue growth by testing and scaling digital and offline acquisition channels, establishing A/B testing and experimentation best practices, and optimizing the marketing mix for maximum return on investment. You’ll also lead 1-2 growth marketers and will need to continue to build, uplevel, and retain a high-performing team.This position requires a keen combination of creativity, an outstanding analytical and strategic mindset, and strong leadership abilities to unlock the next stage of growth for the hiring company. The right candidate knows how to deploy paid media best practices to drive paid channel efficiency, lead generation, and purchases, while also leveraging the power of brand and organic marketing to grow. Given the scale and impact of marketing within the organization, you will drive impact across businesses and functions. Above all, you embody the mission of providing access to healthcare for all who suffer from chronic conditions.What you get to do every dayOversee the customer acquisition and growth experimentation functions for Mental Health and Anti-aging service lines to deliver on new customer revenue targets as well as develop the growth marketing strategy and define KPIs and success metricsOwnership of a $XXM marketing budget and offline channels including Facebook, TikTok, TV, Influencer, SEM, Affiliate, and more; develop and test into new successful channels that can scalePartner with internal and external creative teams to produce winning marketing assets that improve performance on paid social, TV, and YouTubeHelp other growth leads evolve the attribution model with the data team to better optimize the marketing mix and return on investment of each channel; work on continuously improving analytics in an ever-changing environmentTrack relevant market conditions and competitive trends, using insights to shape future plansPartner with the Lifecycle team to drive customer acquisition through activation and CRM efforts; work on understanding the full customer journey to maximize LTV of new customersPartner with the Brand team to develop a best-in-class brand experience and strategy; leverage OOH, TV, and other brand channels to drive awarenessCreate testing strategy and framework across Growth channels; partner with Product to develop A/B testing strategies on the website and customer funnelCollaborate with the Strategy team and other key cross-functional leaders to deliver on key strategic initiativesLead, manage, and uplevel a small team of growth marketersBuild a true growth-first mentality within the hiring company as a wholeWhat you bring to the role7-8+ years of direct experience in acquisition, growth, or other related functions. Have previously owned the customer funnel from visit to purchase with experience operating across multiple channelsExperience managing multi-million dollar marketing budgets and deploying it effectively to deliver against KPIsManagement experience leading teams across different functions within Growth.
