As a member of a dynamic communications team, you'll work with stakeholders throughout the company to support new and ongoing initiatives to drive sales, foster agent success and grow our business.As a Senior Associate, Communications and Planning Specialist; your primary responsibility will be to serve as a core Agency Operations team member, supporting the Incentives Operations and Sales Communications function. You will also serve as a project coordinator, distribution specialist, and contributing editor with responsibilities supporting key Field Productivity Value Stream objectives and Agency sales strategies. Role will also include being a primary liaison and project intake specialist for Field Productivity Value Stream partners including Financial Guidance Practice Model and Field Learning. Other responsibilities include:Project Intake and Planning - Serve as primary contact for Field Productivity Value Stream partners including Financial Guidance Practice Model and Field Learning teams. Analyze requests, develop plans and oversee execution, engaging team members and business partners as needed.Contributing Editor - Create engaging copy to announce and continue driving sales opportunities and incentive programs with agents and managers in the field.Distribution Specialist - Create and distribute customized emails to the field to provide updates on progress toward incentive goals and encourage sales activity. This includes webinar production and utilizing the Zoom platform account to provide webinar hosting support as needed.Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Journalism, or BusinessMinimum 3 - 5 years of relevant experienceExperience with Total Access Emailer, Zoom, Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, OneNote, OneDrive, Adobe Creative SuiteOutstanding written communication and editing skillsVery strong organizational and planning skills with proven ability to meet tight deadlinesProficiency in Zoom and Total Access Emailer is a plus, but training will be made available to right candidateStrong knowledge of quarterly programs and strategies and organizationally savvyBasic knowledge of insurance programs and the sales organization structureSalary range:

$77,500-$110,000Discretionary bonus eligible:
