The Live Broadcast Video Director’s primary responsibility is to oversee and direct the live video production elements of Northview Church. This position will direct and provide live video support for all Northview Campuses and ministries.

The biggest opportunity for the new broadcast director is the ability to be on the ground floor of creating something new. This position won’t be coming into an established look and feel that they need to conform to but will be able to help direct and create a new style that we’re looking to achieve. It’s an opportunity that will allow you to put your imprint on our church uniquely and excitingly.
Northview has come from a very traditional style of broadcast and is looking to change its style to become more cinematic during weekend services as well as broadcast online.
This position isn’t just about art and creating looks, it’s about creating an inviting environment where people want to serve. It’s a place where people can feel like family and also be pushed to try things they’ve never tried before.
