As the Director of Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in driving the marketing strategy and initiatives to support the growth and success of our engineering firm. You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing plans, engaging and elevating market sectors and engineering teams, managing marketing campaigns, and the marketing team. This is a leadership position that requires a strategic mindset, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of the AEC industry. This job will interact and amplify Business Development, Recruiting, Charitable Efforts, Consulting Abilities, and Culture.
