Role Overview:
As a Product UI/UX Designer at Seekr, you will be at the forefront of designing innovative experiences for our users. Joining a dynamic design team, you will contribute to the development of a content scoring and evaluation product, Seekr Align, that empowers marketers to optimize their digital strategies. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of content evaluation, translating complex technical requirements into intuitive and impactful design solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the UI/UX design process, from concept to execution, including conducting discovery research, creating personas, mapping user stories, and building rapid prototypes.Design and iterate on UI mockups and prototypes, utilizing Figma within our established design system, to clearly illustrate site functionality and appearance.Collaborate regularly with designers, product managers, and engineers, participating in design reviews to ensure a unified user experience across our content scoring and evaluation product.Conduct user interviews and usability tests to gather feedback and refine design approaches.
Qualifications:
4-7 years of UI/UX design experience, preferably in web and software development environments.A strong portfolio showcasing your design process, creativity, and problem-solving skills, demonstrating how you translate user needs and business goals into impactful design solutions.Demonstrated expertise in working within and contributing to an established design system.Hands-on experience designing new products, including conducting discovery research, creating personas, mapping user stories, analyzing competitors, and performing interviews and usability tests.Proficiency in Figma and a solid understanding of other visual design and wireframing tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
Basic knowledge of Machine Learning and Large Language Models.Understanding of content scoring, evaluation, and a keen interest in technical and complex product landscapes.
